Daniel Heckman is a senior research operations professional whose expertise spans research administration, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career at Penn State, he has supported complex research and academic enterprises, including oversight of large budgets, multidisciplinary research programs, and institutional initiatives.
